Your first visit to Contra Costa Medical Career College is designed to be welcoming, informative, and supportive. You will meet our team, explore programs, tour the campus, and learn about financial aid options so you can move forward with confidence.

A few helpful things to know as you plan your visit:

• Dress casually — come as you are
• Bring a friend or family member, if you would like support
• Free parking is available in the lot
• Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in

When you arrive, check in at the front desk, and our team will take it from there.

Here is what a typical first visit looks like:

Check-In – You will check in at the front desk and be welcomed by our campus team.

Meet Your Admissions Representative – You will meet with a dedicated Admissions Representative who will discuss your goals, program interests, and timeline. They will guide you through the admissions process and answer any questions you have about our college and programs.

Program Overview & Campus Tour – You will receive an overview of the program(s) you are interested in and tour the campus, including classrooms and labs, so you can see where learning happens.

Financial Aid Discussion – You will meet with a Financial Aid Representative to review available financing options and receive general information based on your eligibility. Our goal is to make this process clear and easy to understand.
