If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please contact the Campus Director.
3. What do I need to do?
If you received this FAQ and the updated sizing survey link, you must complete the new survey within 48 hours, even if you previously submitted sizing information.
If you complete the updated survey within the timeframe provided, no further action will be required.
4. What if I do not complete the survey within 48 hours?
The updated survey responses will be used to finalize scrub orders.
Students who do not submit the survey within the required timeframe may experience delays in receiving their new scrubs.
5. Is there a cost for the new scrubs? Can I purchase additional sets?
No. Two new scrub sets will be provided at no cost to students affected by the scrub color change. Students who would like to purchase additional scrub sets may do so for $25 per set.
Please place additional scrub orders with the front desk.
Please note: Additional scrub orders typically take 3–4 weeks to deliver.
6. What does “true to size” mean?
The new vendor’s scrubs fit true to size. Please select your normal clothing size — the size you typically wear in standard apparel.
Do not adjust your selection based on how previously issued scrubs fit.
For example: If you normally wear a Large, select Large.
7. Can I order different sizes for the top and bottom?
No. Scrubs are provided as a set, and the top and bottom must be the same size.
Please select the size that best accommodates both pieces when submitting your information.
8. When will the new scrubs be distributed?
The earliest expected delivery is late March, with some distributions extending into early April.
As part of the rollout, students may initially receive one scrub set, with the second set provided as the transition continues. All affected students will ultimately receive two sets.
9. How will I know when my new scrubs are ready, and where do I pick them up?
Students will be notified via email and/or text message once scrubs arrive on campus. Scrubs will be available for pickup at the front desk at Contra Costa Medical Career College.
10. Can I continue wearing my current scrubs?
Yes. Students should continue wearing their current approved scrubs until they receive their new ones.
Once new scrubs are issued, students are expected to wear the new scrub color to align with campus and program standards.
11. Do I need to return my current scrubs?
No, you do not need to return your current scrubs.
12. Will I be receiving shoes?
No. While students are required to wear white, closed-toe shoes, shoes are not included as part of the scrub replacement.
The enrollment agreement outlines footwear as an additional student responsibility. In the past, shoes were provided as a courtesy when available; however, due to vendor availability, we will no longer be able to provide shoes going forward.
Each campus will continue to provide one pair of shoes currently in campus inventory at no cost, while supplies last.
13. Who should I contact if I have questions?
If you have questions, please contact the Campus Director at Contra Costa Medical Career College for assistance.
